The roles on an event team
Most events use some or all of these roles. Tell us which interest you.
- Parking attendant
- Directs drivers into lots and spaces, manages ADA and VIP parking, and keeps lanes moving at arrival and departure.
- Parking cashier
- Collects and reconciles parking payments at lot entries when an event charges for parking.
- Flagger
- Controls vehicle movement at lot entries, exits, and crossings, working to the traffic control plan.
- Lot supervisor
- Runs a lot or zone on event day, assigns staff, and reports to the Account Manager.
- Pedestrian and queue staff
- Guides guests along walking routes and keeps queues orderly between the lots and the entrance.
