A vendor prepared for your procurement process

How we work with municipalities, counties, school boards, and special districts in Broward and Miami-Dade, from the solicitation to the first event.

What you can check right now

Everything below links to the official record or to a page on this site, so you never have to ask for it.

How an engagement works

What to expect from the day a solicitation posts to the report after your event.

  1. Solicitation

You invite us or we find the posting. The request, its documents, and the due date go into our solicitation log, with reminders ahead of every deadline.

  2. Questions and site visit

Where the solicitation includes a pre-bid meeting or site visit, we attend; questions go in before the deadline.

  3. Proposal

A response under your solicitation’s own headings, with the capability statement and the parking operations plan outline.

  4. Award and documents

Certificate of insurance naming your agency, W-9, and executed forms, on your templates.

  5. Planning

Site walk with your event manager, then a written plan you review with your police traffic detail.

  6. Events and reporting

Staffed to the plan on event day, with a written report after every event.

Solicitations we respond to

  • Requests for proposals (RFP)
  • Requests for qualifications (RFQ)
  • Invitations to bid (ITB)
  • Informal quotes
  • Short-notice event requests

Pricing is set in each proposal, never on this site.
