This notice explains what NMT Security Solutions LLC ("we") collects through nmtsecuritysolutionsfl.com and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Request a proposal, request a quote, and document requests: your name, organization, email address, phone number if you give one, the services and dates you mention, your description of what you need, and any documents you attach.
• Careers: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the roles and times you are interested in, and any notes you add.

Our web host also records standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site has no advertising or analytics scripts.
• We do not add you to a marketing list.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request, prepare a proposal or quote, send the documents you asked for, or contact you about work with us. You receive an automatic confirmation email when you submit a form.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in a database with our web host, Cloudflare, and emailed to our business inbox through our email delivery provider. Attached documents, if the form accepts them, are stored privately with the same host and shared with our staff only through links that expire. We keep submissions as long as we need them to respond and to maintain records of our bids and contracts. Attached documents are deleted automatically 180 days after the solicitation's due date, or after the date of the request if there is no due date, unless we keep them for a contract we were awarded or another business need.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal or contractual reason. Contact us at the address below.

Children

This site is intended for businesses, public agencies, and adult job seekers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date.
